Editing Your Profile
Email notifications: if on for a room set by the Admin, the user can remove themselves from receiving email notifications.
Select "My Profile" on the left-hand menu to edit your profile.
Update preference to "yes" or "No".
To edit your notifications, choose the notifications tab.
- Basic Details
- Full Name: Your name can be edited at any time.
- Username: Your username can be edited as long as the new username is not already in use in our system.
- Email Address: You can edit your email address as long as the new address is not already in use in our system.
- Notifications
- Admins will turn notifications on or off for all rooms.
- Users have control over opting in or out of email notifications.
- Each room they have access to and can turn on or off per room.
